WheatPGE is the system for analysis of relationships between genotype, phenotype and environment in wheat. Current version of database contains information about wheat leaf hairiness as an example of morphological trait (phenotype characteristic), set of cultivars and set of genetic markers as genotype characteristics. User can search database using genotype characteristic queries and download information on phenotype-genotype data in CSV table format.
